We’re based in Virginia Water — a leafy, quietly glamorous corner of Surrey where the air feels fresher, the houses stand a little taller, and even the squirrels look like they’ve done rather well for themselves.

London is just a quick train hop away: ideal for dipping into the capital for a meeting, a gallery, or a croissant that costs more than you’d like to admit; before retreating back to greenery, calm, and a general sense that life is going rather nicely.
We’re also conveniently close to Royal Holloway, University of London: all grand architecture, clever students, and the occasional graduation procession that makes you consider a second degree (briefly).

Add Windsor Great Park, lakeside wanders, serious golf, and cafés that serve pastries with a level of pride usually reserved for newborns - and you get the picture.
In short: polished, practical, pleasingly posh, with the London buzz close enough to touch, but not close enough to bother you.
