We’re a family-run business, which essentially means everything we do is fuelled by equal parts pride, experience, and the kind of spirited debates you only get around a kitchen table. We’ve spent decades in and around Virginia Water - living here, working here, knowing which roads stay quiet at 5pm and which cafés make the best coffee (we have strong opinions).

 

Property has always been our thing. Some families bond over board games; we bond over floor plans, lighting angles, and whether that beam should be oak or slightly different oak. We’ve got a good eye for spaces: how they should feel, how people actually live in them, and what turns a place from “nice” into “ah, yes, this will do beautifully.”

Because we design and build everything ourselves, every detail is intentional. We love character, but not the usual character-related headaches: low ceilings, dim corners, and EPC ratings that make your bank card tremble. So we focussed on creating homes that keep the charm - the oak beams, the open fires, the warmth, but lose the compromises. Spacious rooms, modern functionality, and practical layouts that make everyday life feel pleasantly straightforward.

Being family-run also means you get direct, personal communication; no layers of mystery admin or a customer service address that replies three days later with “Thank you for your patience.” You can reach us outside typical office hours, because we know life doesn’t fit neatly between 9 and 5. Managing our own portfolio gives us the flexibility to react quickly, accommodate different budgets, and offer stability when things get a bit complicated.

At heart, we’re a family with a passion for building genuinely good homes - ones we’d happily live in ourselves - and for looking after the people who choose to stay with us.
